Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Yogi, Wife & Mom of Two!

Join me for a 3 week Prenatal Yoga series Mondays at 4:30pm.

(Nov. 28, Dec. 5, Dec. 12)

Each 60-minute class is designed for the body and mind during pregnancy as you transform both physically and emotionally throughout your trimester.

With a focus on pelvic floor awareness, functional articulation and connecting to your true core, build strength and support by activating key muscles through mindful movements.

Find ease with restorative stretches and explore breathing techniques to help prepare and guide you through the birth of your baby (babies).

Guided meditation aids in relaxation during these times of transition, developent and constant change.

All of these practices can benefit you by relieving discomfort, improving posture and allowing you the time to focus on nurturing and bonding with your baby (babies). So much of the wisdom you gain from these classes can be implemented into your birth experience, postpartum recovery and life with a newborn.
