Utilizing inhales and exhales through sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) and intelligently sequenced poses (Asana) helps to build endurance, develop strength and increase flexibility.
Often described as meditation in motion, this dynamic form of yoga creates a sense of interconnectedness by exploring the Bandhas (Body Locks), Mudras (Hand Gestures) and Dristi (Gaze) within balancing poses, folds, twists, backbends, inversions and more.
As a Core Confidence Trainer and Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, pelvic health and proper core function is a foundational part of Carley's teachings. Each class will focus on pelvic floor awareness and connection to your deep core muscles.
A Vinyasa practice is a great foundation for athletes and those leading an active lifestyle. Options for more gentle modifications as well as opportunities for challenge will be offered for both beginners and experienced yogis.
All necessary props are provided. Just bring your water bottle and a Yoga mat.
