Join Carley 500hr RYT for SUP Yoga this summer at Sarovara studio in Bobcaygeon.
You'll be provided a Stand-Up Paddleboard and Life Jacket to paddle out to a calm, secluded bay where anchors are set to lock us in place.
We'll explore the breath (pranayama) in the fresh, open air through various movements and postures (asana).
Carley provides many safe options for those who are not prepared to stand up on the board and clear instruction for those who are ready to embrace standing.
Each class ends with a guided meditation into final relaxation (savasana) and a blissful paddle home under the beautiful sunset.
If you're new to the Stand Up Paddle Board, come a few minutes early! Carley will be happy to demonstrate and allow you some time to practice your strokes close to shore.
