This 4-week series invites you to take a little time from your busy day to care for your Self!

Yin Yoga merges the Hatha traditions of Yoga and the Yin/Yang philosophy of Taoism, utilizing opposite forces to create balance. To counter life's active, stimulating Yang energy, we apply passive, calming Yin energy through postures, breath work and meditation.

Restore the Body. Calm the Mind. Feel Present in Stillness. Find Peace in Silence.

It only gets better surrounded by the ambience of candlelight inside Sarovara Yoga, a cozy studio with beautiful views of the waterfront.
